You may currently be experiencing difficulties accessing your emails through a client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or Webmail.
On June 1, 2022, starting at 4:50 p.m., the Mail Service experienced slowdowns or temporary outages. This issue was resolved within a few hours by Infomaniak’s teams.
Following this, an unintended effect caused further slowdowns and disruptions affecting approximately 10% of email addresses starting at 7:58 a.m. this morning.
Some email accounts may still be experiencing delays or instability. Their teams are fully mobilized to ensure the service is fully operational for all our clients.
Their engineers will intervene overnight to strengthen the Mail Service infrastructure so that this incident cannot happen again. This will also help improve the speed of your Mail Service.
We are fully aware that the Mail Service is an essential part of your operations, and all necessary measures will be taken within Infomaniak to ensure that this type of event does not occur again.
