DCH Technics installs, maintains and repairs professional kitchen equipment in northern France. To keep track of its clients’ machines and organize its service calls, the company needed a tool built for its trade.

Alongside their website, we designed and developed a custom business application, hosted on a dedicated server: equipment tracking, service calls and reports, quotes, shared documents, a client portal and an AI assistant that helps technicians in the field using manufacturer manuals. Out of respect for our clients’ data, this visual shows the tool without displaying its real content. HDKN handles the hosting, maintenance and development of the application.
